Individual and Family Psychotherapy
We chose the image of a lantern to capture the work of a therapist. This was not only for the love of the Arts and Crafts fixtures popular at the turn of the century. But also because it captures how we think of our role in this brave inner work called psychotherapy.
Although the decision to seek change in therapy is exciting, the journey may have both light and dark pathways. In therapy we celebrate what is joyful and shine light on issues further in the depths. For this reason, it's helpful to have a guide with you, every step of the way.

Working Together on Change and Development
As the supervising therapist and Clinical Director of CDPL Therapy Associates, I have over 25 years experience helping children and parents better understand the gifts and needs of differently wired people. I work to understand a person's sensory needs, social emotional needs and relating style. This discovery process attunes families and provides older children, teens and adults a better appreciation of their gifts and insight into past struggles.
And most importantly, the work points to a way forward in life.
Telehealth
Telehealth sessions can be very valuable and can easily fit into busy schedules. I am happy to discuss how Telehealth might be a good fit for you or your family.
